Processing and Delivery Time

At Zleather Shoes, every pair is handcrafted with care using 100% Italian and French cow and calf leather. Because of this artisanal process, delivery times vary depending on the shoe size:

  • Standard sizes: Orders typically ship within 6 to 12 business days after purchase.

  • Large sizes (US 12 and above): Orders may take up to 15 business days to ship. Larger sizes require additional craftsmanship and material handling, as they are made specifically for us and take longer to produce.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your package.

  • Domestic shipping (USA): Standard carrier delivery times apply after processing.

  • International shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Customs clearance may affect delivery speed.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your shoes are shipped, we will send you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Delays and Exceptions
